Welcome to Balanced Bodies
This is a space where movement, breath and energy come together to support healing, balance, and inner connection.
My journey with yoga began in childhood and has grown into over 12 years of teaching and a lifelong practice. Along the way I’ve explored not only the physical aspects of movement, but the deeper and more subtle layers of wellbeing.
My work is deeply personal. Living with fibromyalgia and ankylosing spondylitis, I understand first hand the challenges of chronic pain and fatigue. Yoga has been a powerful tool in helping me manage my own condition, and it’s this lived experience that shapes the way I teach, with empathy, patience, and a focus on accessibility.
Through chair yoga and supportive practices designed for seniors, injury recovery, and those navigating chronic pain, we create a safe and nurturing environment for every body.
At Balanced Bodies, we go beyond movement. Meditation and deep relaxation are woven into each session, allowing space to slow down, restore, and reconnect.
Balanced Bodies is more than a practice, it is a journey towards feeling at home in your body, supported, and in balance.
