Service Description
Join me at Chain Lane Community Centre where we can settle into a sanctuary of stillness, designed to soothe your nervous system and replenish your energy. This restorative yoga workshop blends supported yin yoga postures with mindful breathing to nourish the body and calm the mind. Using bolsters, pillows and blocks you’ll be guided into comfortable, long held shapes that invite release in the fascia and joints while easing mental tension. You can expect breathwork and a slow transition out of your busy day and into fully supported poses which are thoughtfully sequenced and held for several minutes with plenty of props so your muscles can soften and your body can unwind safely. This practice will help to reduce stress, improve sleep quality and support emotional balance. You will receive gentle guidance and optional adjustments, alongside periods of silence to deepen your relaxation. All levels are welcome, including complete beginners, those recovering from stress or burnout and anyone craving deep rest. Bring comfortable layers and warm socks and any blankets or pillows you like to ensure your comfort and total relaxation. Yoga mats, blocks and bolsters will be provided although if you have your own you are welcome to bring them. Limited spaces so booking is essential
